My Guide Inside ® Curriculum

Freely access this online library immediately. Some items will be useful over long periods of time. Others may provide a quick personal refresher. These carefully selected staff development programs and publications support educators interested in preparing to learn, live and share the principles behind My Guide Inside. In some situations these programs may be suitable for an all staff or professional learning committee presentation. Some of these resources offer a certificate of participation.   


My Guide Inside: Orientation for Educators

Co-author Christa Campsall and guests offer video recordings orienting educators to the My Guide Inside curriculum and teacher manuals. Guiding questions and special resources are included for personal study times. This free nine hour program, in twelve sections, allows you to schedule your professional learning experience to accommodate personal needs. A “Certificate of Participation” is available as documentation required for continuing professional licensure or employment.

This 2020 video is a discussion of the impact of the of My Guide Inside's lessons on real kids' lives facilitated by psychiatrist Dr. Pettit and MGI co-author Christa Campsall. Educators Living in the Joy of Gratitude

Twelve webinars feature educators from four countries sharing their experiences learning, living and then sharing the three principles with students. The series helps viewers realize what it is like to teach from this understanding. Kathy Marshall of the National Resilience Resource Center reports educators often lack confidence to begin teaching the MGI principles, even though they learn and live the new understanding in their own lives. These video presentations prepare viewers to know they will be able to successfully share the new understanding with their students.
